Digital Training
Our courses are designed to work with you! Within each topic, we have short lessons intentionally designed so you never have to walk away in the middle of a learning session. Courses are designed as educational working sessions, where you are creating as you are learning. Lessons are mobile friendly, bite sized and perfect for sprint or marathon learners.
1 – Topics – Topics segment a broad objective into focus areas. Each lesson addresses a specific learning objective, defined in the course overview.
2 – Core Content ensures learners have the fundamental knowledge to gain the learning objectives. Core content is static and is part of the required curriculum.
3 – Coaching Content expands upon complex or novel topics and are optional to the learner. Coaching Lessons evolve as learners submit question in the course Q&A.
Activation Tools
Through the use of activation tools, learners make meaningful progress while learning gaining immediate ROI! Lessons walk you through the learning and completion of activities, so learners conclude the course with a functional plan to move forward from. Learners create while we teach and provide coaching for success!
1 – Learning Guides – All courses have a learning guide, that learners can print out and take notes on.
2 – Templates – Courses include a variety of best practice working templates that are used throughout the lessons. The templates are all downloadable and customizable, so they become functional working documents.
3 – Leadership and Stakeholder Tools – We provide learners with the foundational assets to prepare for engagements with their leadership and stakeholders. Through this, they maximize their impact.
